Herbal Blend: Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), lemon verbena (Aloysia citriodora), calendula flowers (Calendula officinalis)
Notes: Lemony, fruity and floral
How To Use: Use 1 tablespoon per 8 oz cup of just boiled water; let steep at least 10 - 20 minutes, and strain. Drink warm or over ice, and don't forget to add your favorite elixir or tonic! For a pot, use 1/4 cup per quart of water.

How It's Made: Our tea blends are created from herbs grown on our farm in Orwigsburg, Pa, and carefully dried at low temperatures to ensure that we capture all the delicate aromatics and properties of the plant.
