Herbal tea for nervous system support.
A beautiful wildflower native to the western U.S., California Poppy is a powerful nerve remedy. Non-addictive and useful for mild to severe nerve pain, California poppy relaxes muscles to release tension and can be used for daytime pain/anxiety or nighttime for sleeplessness.
This herb has a strong flavor in tea! Great to blend in soothing herbal teas with other more aromatic herbs such as lemon balm, chamomile, applemint, anise hyssop - or, try making your own tincture, syrup or vinegar.
