A warming, spicy herb with a flavor reminiscent of bergamot, Monarda is also known as bee balm, Oswego tea, and sweet leaf. Native to the Eastern North America, this herb is a fabulous firework of a wildflower, and a delicious herb used for stimulating the immune system, fighting coughs and colds, and settling digestion.
Herb: Monarda fistulosa
Notes: Spicy, mint + bergamot
How To Use: Use 1 tablespoon per 8 oz cup of just boiled water; let steep at least 10 - 20 minutes, and strain. Drink warm or over ice, and don't forget to add your favorite elixir or tonic! For a pot, use 1/4 cup per quart of water.
Servings Per Container: 10 cups of tea per small jar; 50 cups of tea per large jar
