This tropical herb has a delicate citrus flavor accompanied by a signature tanginess. A great herb for boosting the immune system, lemongrass is high in vitamins & minerals and supports balanced digestion.
Herb: Cymbopogon flexuosus
Notes: Sweet, fruity + lemon
How To Use: Use 1 -2 tablespoons per 8 oz cup of just boiled water; let steep at least 10 - 20 minutes, and strain. Lemongrass can even be steeped overnight for a sweeter, more potent tea. Drink warm or over ice, and don't forget to add your favorite elixir or tonic! For a pot, use 1/4 cup per quart of water.
Servings Per Container: 10 cups of tea per small jar; 50 cups of tea per large jar
