It's a treat to find these tropical roots locally grown in our climate! In order to capture their delicate and juicy aromas, we harvest and immediately extract our fresh roots in the fall. The result is unlike ginger or turmeric you've ever had - a balanced, spicy and fruity tonic for a whole body anti inflammatory boost.

Other Ingredients: Organic raw apple cider vinegar, local raw honey
Potency: 1 tsp = 425 mg herbs per serving

How It's Made: All herbs for our apple cider vinegar based tonics are extracted from the fresh and freshly dried plants grown with care on our farm in Orwigsburg, Pa. We harvest all herbs at their peak potency throughout the season. Herbs are harvested by hand, steeped in our organic house-made menstruum, then pressed out using our custom hydraulic press. Our apothecary crew blends and bottles each batch with love, just steps away from the fields where they are grown. Honey added is always local and raw.
